Vision, Mission, Values Workshop
Custom fit workshop for small-medium corporations in the position to define for the first time, or perhaps a re-definition of,their VMV. Post crisis pain is an ideal time to reboot: CHANGE=GROWTH
Custom fit workshop, feeding off the VMV, defining specific corporate culture behaviours based on the “better before bigger” principle. Businesses who have experienced a great deal of pain will require a great deal of intensive care in the area of re-establishing a healthy and aligned corporate culture.
Facilitating a comfortable workshop-based environment, where smaller corporate groups (sections, teams) require solving task-related or inter-personal problems for the outcome of improving group productivity. In a climate which has stimulated downsizing and entrepreneurial thinking, the need for independent and objective facilitation for problem solving is highlighted.
